Sunny Hill Apartment with pool and barbecue

If you value wonderful views and peace, our apartment is for you. Thanks to its location on a hillside, every terrace offers a breathtaking view!

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 4-story building and consists of:
– a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a wardrobe
– a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm), a wardrobe, and access to a balcony
– a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine
– a toilet
– a living room with a pull-out corner sofa, a kitchenette, a dining area, and access to a terrace with a built-in brick barbecue, a bench, and a table for comfortable outdoor dining with a magnificent view.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with necessary dishes, pots, pans, and appliances such as:
refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, and hob.

The living room with the kitchenette is equipped with air conditioning, while the bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Guests can use the shared areas and amenities, including the swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a toilet located by the pool.

1. The swimming pool is open seasonally depending on the weather. It is usually open from May 15 to October 15 (or longer if the weather permits). Ask for details before making a reservation.

2. The barbecue area is reserved exclusively for the use of guests in the ground-floor apartment. Other guests may not use the barbecue without your permission during your stay.

3. The building is located on a hill, so please keep in mind that the nearest access to the beach is via stairs. The walk down/up takes about 5 minutes; please take this into account, especially when planning a vacation with small children, elderly, or sick people. You can also walk down to the beach via an asphalt road (longer route). We also encourage you to explore other beaches in the area, as they are well worth visiting! You can reach them by car or by public transport.
