Yes, the deposit is 20% of the total booking amount and should be paid immediately after booking.

The entire amount should be paid no later than 28 days before the day of the start of the stay. In case the reservation was made less than 28 days before its start, the total should be paid immediately after the reservation.

Yes, each apartment/house provides linens and towels (for home use, not for use on the beach or while using the pool).

Yes, 4 weeks before the start of your stay you will receive a SHIP CARD and in it all the necessary details ie. dates, times, addresses, access codes (if necessary), information regarding location, directions and other useful information.

Yes, if you are planning to come in a larger group and do not see a suitable property, please write to us. We will try to select the right solution that meets your guidelines.

Yes, if you are planning a stay outside the season lasting more than 28 days (between September 15 and June 15), write us a message and we will prepare a special offer tailored to your needs.

For property owners

  • Full Service We offer a comprehensive service of managing apartments for short, medium and long-term rental. We not only handle cleaning and repairs, but also greet guests, promote offers and communicate with customers. You just hand over your apartment to us and enjoy the profits.
  • Promotion of the property We promote as KokoStay the property on social media and other channels, attract customers, inform customers about the details of the property and accommodation, but the care of the property (cleaning, repairs, preparation for guests, checking the property AFTER guests check out, etc.), remains with the owner.

We always settle our accounts according to the RESULT COMMISSION model.
