KokoRental Equipment Rental Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions define the rules for renting equipment offered by KokoRental.
1.2. The renter agrees to comply with the provisions of these terms and conditions.
1.3. The renter declares that they have read the equipment specifications and rental conditions.

2. Rental Conditions

2.1. The rental price includes the use of the equipment for a period of one day or one event (maximum 24 hours), according to the agreed rate.
2.2. The renter undertakes to return the equipment in an undamaged, clean, and complete condition.
2.3. In case of damage or loss of any equipment components, the renter shall bear the cost of repair or replacement.

3. Transport and Installation

3.1. Delivery of equipment within 30 km from KokoRental’s headquarters costs 30 EUR.
3.2. The renter may personally pick up and return the equipment after prior arrangement of the date.
3.3. Installation and dismantling of the equipment are the renter’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

4. Equipment Operation

4.1. The renter is fully responsible for the correct use of the equipment according to the instructions.
4.2. The rental price does not include equipment operation by a KokoRental employee.
4.3. The renter may order an operator service for 25 EUR per each started hour.

5. Payments

5.1. The rental fee is paid in advance on the day of equipment pickup or delivery, in cash or by bank transfer.
5.2. For reservations, KokoRental may require a deposit of 30% of the rental value.
5.3. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the agreed date, the deposit is non-refundable.

6. Liability

6.1. The renter bears full civil liability for damages caused to third parties during the use of the equipment.
6.2. KokoRental is not responsible for improper use of the equipment by the renter.

7. Complaints

7.1. Complaints should be reported immediately after discovering a defect or malfunction of the equipment.
7.2. KokoRental will consider the complaint within 7 business days.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. The renter declares that they have read and accept these terms and conditions.
8.2. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.
8.3. These terms and conditions are effective as of July 11, 2025.
